Traditional Double-Pot (Çaydanlık) Brewing Method

1. Boil Water: Fill the bottom kettle of the çaydanlık with fresh water and bring it to a rolling boil on the stovetop.

2. Measure Leaf: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Tanay Ceylon Yaprak Çayı to the top, smaller teapot.

3. Brew Concentrate: Pour boiling water from the bottom kettle into the upper teapot over the leaves. Refill the bottom kettle with cold water and place the entire assembly back on low heat.
