Brewing Instructions

• Traditional Middle Eastern / Glass Cup Style:

  1. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil (100°C).

  2. Add 1 rounded teaspoon of Do Ghazal loose leaf tea into a warmed teapot for each cup.

  3. Pour boiling water over the leaves and let it steep gently for 4 to 6 minutes to let the cardamom aroma fully blossom.

  4. Pour through a fine mesh tea strainer into small glass tea cups (istikan), sweeten with sugar cubes or rock sugar (nabat), and serve clear.

• Warm Spiced Milk Tea:

  1. Simmer 1–2 teaspoons of tea in 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Sweeten to taste, strain into mugs, and enjoy as a naturally fragrant cardamom chai.
